Our Story

Red Stars Club Volleyball was started two years ago to offer a real option for our multi-sport athletes to play competitive volleyball. Almost all of our girls play another travel sport and choose Red Stars to maintain a balance amongst their love for more than one activity. We also offer a friendly practice schedule, not only to cater to our multi-sport athletes, but to help all our players with ample time for their studies. With two of our three coaches being educators we take school serious too.

Since we are a small club we offer an inclusive environment where coaches know every player and every girl knows everyone's name. We're proud to say that one of our biggest achievements is our low turnover rate amongst players and coaches. When you join Red Stars you will have the same coaches from season to season which allows us to build a report with every player. This consistency helps our teams build chemistry and a bond that only becomes stronger over time.

Most importantly, we have built our program's solid foundation on team-first players and supportive families. We're excited to continue our endeavor into the 2024-2025 season and can't wait to see the progress of our girls, the friendships strengthen and our love for the game grow.

At Red Stars Club Volleyball, we are constantly pushing ourselves to new heights and striving for excellence. Our dedicated coaches and passionate team members work together to achieve our goals and showcase our skills. With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, we are always looking for new ways to continue our journey to success. Whether you are a seasoned player or a player that is looking to sharpen her skills you'll be challenged to meet your expectations and surpass what you thought was possible. We build with confidence and coach with tough love.

We currently have two 14s and two 15s.

Our practice facility is the Niles Fitness Center.

All of our tournaments are local within a reasonable driving distance from NW Chicago.

Our coaches have decades of experience and college level (D1) playing experience.

We are a small program that does not create multiple teams or over rosters for profit.

All teams $900 for entire travel season.
$450 if you split Winter and Spring Season.
Extremely comprehensive payment plans are $150 a month until balance is paid (3 months or 6 months).
Uniforms $250: Customized Bag, 2 Jerseys, Warmup Jacket and Practice Shirt.
8 months of volleyball.
Full Season is November to June.
Winter/Spring Seasons are both 4 months
Approximately 15 tournament days.
Opportunity to help sub on other teams.
Membership fees are included.
No extra costs or fundraising.
Zero drama, no egos and no politics.
Tryouts are only held if needed.

At Red Stars Volleyball we have players dedicate themselves to their positions but we also have players develop secondary positions. This helps create a better sense of the game, increase volleyball IQ and makes them multi-dimensional players. More importantly, it makes our teams stronger.
